California State Fair 2017

We've been looking forward the Fair for a few weeks now. I purchased tickets early on Groupon, I love a good bargain! Unfortunately today was 102° so we loaded up on water and got there at 11am when the gates opened.

Just inside we got photo bombed by these 2 amazing stilt walkers. 

Kiddo had fun "milking" this cow it actually had water in it that you could milk. 

Today was $2 tastings! We got to try way more fun things then we would have otherwise. We tried, grilled sausage, wood fire pizza, grilled corn, fish taco, tiny shaved ice, and mini funnel cake.

Dole Whip! Kiddo eas so excited, its his favorite when we go to disneyland he was so excited that he statted singing the song from the enchanted tiki room. 

                     

We had wish a fun time but by 3:30pm it was over 100°, we were full, had a blast and seen everything we wanted too and more. Another great adventure. Now back to the grind tomorrow. Work has been stressful I was beyond grateful for the much needed fu family day :) 

Sunday Funday, or something like that.

Sundays in our house is shopping day. So I had plans to stop at my favorite Target and hit Winco on the way home. I am in desperate need of a more organized home, will it ever happen eh we'll see but I do try!! Today was opperation LEGO table. I saw on Pinterest awhile ago that you could use a cheap Ikea lack table (have one in the garage) and some large LEGO bases ($6.99x4 at target) add a little gorilla glue = hours of fun for tiny human.
